摘要 为了满足植保机械精确精量喷雾的发展需求,解决现有农药浓度检测方法的取样弊端,采用了一种透射率法来实现农药浓度的实时检测。该方法利用激光二极管作为激发光源,光电池作为光电探测器并通过I/V转换电路将光电池短路电流转化为电压值,由数显电压表终端显示。在对7组标准溶液进行电压—浓度的标准指数衰减曲线拟合实验中,拟合度为0.993 5。通过误差分析试验可以将检测误差控制在±4%以内,表明该农药浓度实时检测的方法可靠,稳定性高。 In order to meet development needs of the plant protection machinery with precise spray, and to solve the sam- pling drawbacks in the method of determination of pesticide concentration. This paper use a method with transmission rate to achieve real-time determination of pesticide concentration. This way uses a laser diode as the excitation light source, photovoltaic cells as a photodetector and through the I/V switching circuit conversion short-circuit current into voltage value, the digital voltmeter as terminal display device. Through 7 groups of standard solution voltage-concentration ' s standard index attenuation curve fitting, fitting degree is 0. 9935. By the error analysis test shows that the detection error is controlled within ±4%. So the real-time detection method of pesticide concentration is reliable and high stability.
