In the dairy products processing production, product production quality is the key factor in the production process. In order to realize the quality of management, the introduction of the artificial neural network based on the fore- casting method, based on the actual production process data and laboratory testing instrument observation data as a net- work learning samples, through the training of network model and forecasting model is applied to the training after dairy enterprises actual production, product quality analysis for providing a reliable basis.
