摘要
根据农用大功率东方红拖拉机变速器的实际使用情况,为确知变速器齿轮工作的时效性,对农用车变速器齿轮的工作特性进行了分析研究,首先运用递归方法处理,再结合神经网络BRF进行齿轮疲劳超限的预测,并开展数值分析研究,提供了对农用车变速器齿轮疲劳破坏预测的一种方法。结果表明,该方法对变速器齿轮疲劳破坏的预测结果与齿轮疲劳试验结果一致,预测具备较高的精确度。
According to the agricultural Dongfanghong tractor transmission actual usage, in order to know the efficiency of transmission gear, agricultural vehicle transmission gears working characteristic is analyzed and studied. At first, recursive method is used. Then, prediction of gear fatigue limit is carried out by the neural network BRF to carry out research in numerical analysis. A method is presented in this paper to accurately predict transmission gears fatigue failure. The results show that predication of transmission gear fatigue limit with this method is identical, and it is very accurate.
