摘要 在对生物质热风炉进行大量实验研究的基础上,为了提高设备的工作性能,在原换热器模型进行了增设折流板的优化设计。利用FLUENT软件建立了优化后换热器的三维模型,模拟了其管壳程流体的流动传热过程,得到了不同工况下的换热器温度场、流场分布图以及传热量、总传热系数等相关数据。将上述数据与原换热器模型的实验结果进行了对比分析,结果表明优化后换热器传热效果明显增强,验证了换热器结构优化的合理性和必要性,为相关产品的设计、模拟、优化及应用提供了有价值的参考数据。 In this paper, based on experimental study on the biomass hot-blast stove, in order to improve the work per- formance of the device, segmental baffles are added to optimize the design on the basis of the original model of shell-and -tube heat exchanger. The three-dimension models of the segmental baffle heat exchangers are set up using FLUENT soft- ware, heat transfer process of biomass fuel gas has been simulated, and distribution maps of temperature field and flow field, relevant datas including the capacity of heat transmission and the total heat transfer coefficient in different condi- tions are got in the end. Comparing the numerical simulation results with the original model' s experiment data, the re- sults show that the enhanced heat exchanger' s heat transfer effect increased obviously, and it demonstrates the necessity and rationality of the optimized model. This study provides a valuable reference for the design, simulation, optimization and application of the related product.
