UP/PU嵌段共聚树脂/玻璃纤维界面粘结性的研究 被引量:6

Study on interfacial adhesion of UP/PU block copolymer and glass fiber

摘要 合成了一种异氰酸酯嵌段共聚改性不饱和聚酯树脂(UP/PU),并以玻纤增强制备了复合材料(GFRP)。通过接触角、拉伸性能、弯曲性能测定和扫描电镜观察研究了UP/PU GFRP界面的粘结性能。结果表明:UP/PU树脂与玻璃表面的接触角为20°,对玻璃表面的润湿性较通用邻苯型UP好;GFRP拉伸强度1 050 MPa,弯曲强度1 220 MPa,较通用邻苯型UP的GFRP分别提高了145%和78%,说明UP/PU与玻纤的界面粘结性能较好。 The isocyanate block copolymerized unsaturated polyester resin(UP / PU)was synthesized and its GFRP was prepared using fiberglass as reinforcing material.The bonding properties of UP/PU GFRP interface was investigated by the testings of contact angle,tensile property,bending property and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the contact angle of UP/PU resin with the glass surface was 20° and the wettability of the glass surface was better than that of general orthophthalic type UP.The tensile strength and bending strength of GFRP was 1 050 MPa,and 1 220 MPa,respectively and was increased by 145% and 78%,respectively compared with that of generic orthophthalic type UP.The interfacial bonding properties of UP/PU with fiberglass was good.
