摘要
采用偏苯三酸酐酰氧(TMAc)和二氨基二苯醚(DDE)或二氨基二苯砜(DDS)合成不同分子量及不同分子结构的聚酰胺酸(PAA),再用化学酰亚胺化方法进行酰亚胺化制备线形可溶可熔的聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI),详细研究了合成条件对产物性能的影响,并用FTIR、元素分析、热分析等方法对TMAc、PAA及PAI进行了分析表征,证明只要反应条件控制恰当,可以制得所需的PAI。
The polyamide acid (PAA)was prepared from 4-chloroformylphthalic anhydride (TMAc) and 4, 4'-diamino-diphenyl ether (DDE) or 4, 4'-diamino-diphenyl sulfonl (DDS) in anhydrous polar solvent (DMAc, DMF and NMP) by low temperature solution polymerization. The chemical imidization reaction provided a facile method for the preparation of linear and soluble PAI from PAA. The influence of various synthetic conditions on inherent viscosity (i.e. molecular weight) of mid-product polyamide acid (PAA) was elucidated.
