摘要
目的研究低年资护士群体中水平暴力发生的类型、频率、影响因素、负面影响,接受的相关教育和培训的情况,探讨减少和消除水平暴力的可行性对策,为进一步实施教育培训和提出干预措施提供依据。方法选取绍兴市4家三级医院,分别随机抽取400名低年资护士作为研究对象,采用匿名问卷调查,内容涉及水平暴力发生的类型和频率,对经历最痛苦的事件的描述,暴力行为的结局,接受相关的教育和培训。结果低年资护士中常见水平暴力发生,主要表现为受轻视或贬低,被剥夺学习机会,情感上受冷落,过多受责备而没有得到足够的指导。显性水平暴力主要表现为语言上伤害和不公正批评。部分护士认为未接受足够的相关教育和培训。结论经历水平暴力会对护士的自信心、自尊心和身心健康产生不良影响。应加强相关的培训教育,预防水平暴力的发生,以稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量。
Objective To study the type, frequency, influencing factors, negative influence and education and training of horizontal violence in junior nurses and to explore the feasible countermeasures to reduce and eliminate horizontal violence and for further implementation of education and training Methods 400 junior nurses were randomly selected from 4 level-three hospitals in Shaoxing for anonymous questionnaire survey on the types and frequency of horizontal violence, the description of the most painful event, outcome of horizontal violence and relevant education and training on horizontal violence. Results Horizontal violence is common in junior nurses. They are often despised or belittled and deprived of the opportunity to learn and suffer emotional neglect, excessive blame and inadequate guidance. Manifest horizontal violence mainly includes language abuse and unfair criticism. Some nurses believed that they did not receive adequate education and training on horizontal violence. Conclusion Horizontal violence would affect the self-confidence, self-esteem and mental health of nurses. We should strengthen the training and education to prevent horizontal violence in order to stabilize the nursing team and improve the quality of nursing.
