Personalized Nursing of Children having Operation without Parental Company

目的探讨实施个性化护理对无父母陪护手术患儿的焦虑症状的减轻作用。方法将小儿外科3-6岁手术患儿120例分为对照组和实验组,实验组采取一系列的个性化护理措施进行手术,对照组给予常规的手术护理方法手术,采用耶鲁围术期焦虑量表(MYPAS)评估两组患儿在术前访视、入术前准备室、手术室准备麻醉及术后24小时四个时间点的焦虑水平。数据行t检验。结果两组患儿心理焦虑情况比较P<0.05。结论实施个性化护理能明显缓解手术患儿的焦虑症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursing on reducing the anxiety symptoms of children having operation without parental company. Methods 120 3-6 year old children having surgical operation were divided into the experimental and control group, with the experimental group receiving personalized nursing and the control group routine nursing. The Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale （mYPAS） was used to evaluate the two groups＇ level of anxiety at four points in 24 hour： in the preoperative interview, when they are in the preoperative preparation room, in the operation room for anesthesia and after operation. The data t test was run. Results The anxiety level of the two groups of children P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Personalized nursing can alleviate the symptoms of anxiety of children having operation.
