团队合作精神在护理工作中的作用非常重要,为培养护理人员的团队精神,我们针对团队精神建设制定了具体的目标,组织了许多活动,对护士长队伍和护士分层次进行培训,采用多种激励措施调动护士的工作积极性。由于重视了团队精神培养,护理质量、护理安全等得到提高,提高了患者的满意度。
The role of team spirit in nursing is very important. In order to nurture team spirit in the nursing staff, we set specific targets for the construction of team spirit and organized many activities for the training of head nurses and nurses respectively and mobilized nurses to put more enthusiasm in their work with a variety of incentives.
