关于建设我国“国家级学术医学中心”的构想

Developing National Academic Medical Centers in China

目前我国公立医院改革正处于关键阶段,对于三级医院,特别是医学院附属的大医院改革更处于探索之中。结合国内现实状况及国际先进经验,本文分析了国际上学术医学中心的理念,根据我国医学院附属医院系统,探讨构建适合我国国情的国家级学术医学中心体系的意义、基本策略及可行性,希望能有助于推进我国三级医疗服务体系的改革。

The reform of Chinese public hospitals is in the crucial period now. The national tertiary hospitals, especially the affiliated hospitals of universities （medical schools） are exploring the ways of reforming. Based on the present conditions in China and the advanced international experiences, this paper analyzes the significance and basic strategy of constructing a national academic medical center system in China. It is hoped that this paper could promote the three-level medical service system reform in China.
