湖北省交通运输环境监测网络建设方案设计

Project Design of Transportation Environment Monitoring Network in Hubei Province

湖北省交通运输环境监测工作发展远滞后于交通基础设施建设,不能对交通环保工作提供必要的技术支撑,交通运输环境监测网络亟须完善。结合湖北省实际情况,设计了湖北省交通运输环境监测网络建设方案,具体内容包括中心站升级完善、新建交通环境监测分站、新建在线环境监测系统、交通环境监测信息处理平台建设等四方面内容。网络的建设可实现交通建设项目全过程监测,为交通环保工作提供数据支持,以期为全国交通运输环境监测网络建设和交通运输行业环境监测工作提供有益的经验参考。

The transportation environment monitoring of Hubei Province cannot provide necessary technical supports to traffic environmental protection, lagging far behind the construction of transportation infrastructures. Based on the actual situation of Hu- bei Province, this study established the construction scheme of Hubei transportation environmental monitoring network, including upgrading and improving the central station, establishment of transportation environmental monitoring sub - stations, on - line en- vironmental monitoring systems and construction of transportation environmental monitoring processing platform. The construction of network can realize whole - process monitoring of transportation construction projects and can provide data support to traffic en- vironmental protection, in the hope of providing helpful reference to the construction of national transportation environmental moni- toring network and environmental monitoring works.
