背景新生儿持续肺动脉高压（persistentpulmonaryhyper—tensionofnewborn，PPHN）常见且病死率很高。一氧化氮吸入（inhalednitricoxide，iNO）虽是标准治疗方法，但仍有40％的新生儿对其治疗无反应。米力农是一种磷酸二酯酶Ⅲ抑制剂，可增加环磷酸腺苷的生物利用度，动物模型实验提示用药后肺循环得到改善。
