育龄女性甲状腺乳头状癌术后服用左旋甲状腺素与生育的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 甲状腺癌是最常见的甲状腺恶性肿瘤，约占全身恶性肿瘤的1％，其中乳头状甲状腺癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma，PTC）占成人甲状腺癌的60％，多见于30—45岁的育龄妇女，其术后预后良好，但需终身服用甲状腺素（通常用LT4）行内分泌治疗，满足机体甲状腺激素需求的同时，亦能抑制肿瘤复发。本文结合美国甲状腺协会指南复习育龄女PTC术后，服用LT4对妊娠、胎儿的影响，及孕前和妊娠期剂量的控制。
