内分泌干扰与害虫控制-以保幼激素为例 被引量:2

Endocrine Disruption and Pest Control-Juvenile Hormone as an Example

摘要 介绍了内分泌干扰物的概念及其对人类及环境的为害;总结了内分泌干扰物的作用特点;提出内分泌干扰效应在害虫控制中具有较高的应用价值;发现可以先从昆虫体内最重要的激素-保幼激素着手,通过RNAi等技术抑制保幼激素合成的关键酶-保幼激素酸甲基转移酶和主要的保幼激素代谢酶-保幼激素酯酶,并考察了该思路的可行性;认为,还需要提高内分泌干扰的速效性及田间的实际使用效果,并加强激素合成、代谢、转运等过程中相关酶抑制剂的开发,以丰富内分泌干扰手段。 The definition of endocrine disruption, as well as the toxicity of related compounds to both the environment and human beings, was introduced. Based on unique characteristics of toxicity for endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs) , it has been proposed that pests can be managed through endocrine disruption. This idea can be tested firstly through the disruption of synthesis or metabolism of juvenile hormone JH), a unique and important hormone in insects, by using techniques of RNA interference (RNAi) targeting key enzymes in its synthesis (c. g. ,juvenile hormone aCid methyhransferase ,JHAMT) and metabolism (e. g. ,juvenile hormone esterase, JHE ) . Besides, for successful use of insect endocrine disruption in the field,its knockdown speed and effectiveness should be improved. Furthermore, the inhibitors of the enzymes involved in the processes of synthesis, metabolism and transfer of hormones should be developed and used for endocrine disruption.
