摘要 为了调查高学历知识型员工的工作压力因素,并构建员工压力感的结构模型,设计了调查问卷,运用SPSS对回收数据进行了因子分析,提取出了四个压力因子,分别命名为工作固有性压力因子、竞争性因子、任务性因子和角色性因子。对提取的因子进行相关分析后应用回归分析得出了压力结构模型。对各个因子进行了详细的分析,为缓解知识型员工的压力打下了基础,并为进一步解释知识型员工的压力和工作疲劳做了铺垫。 In order to investigate the stress elements of the highly educated knowledge workers, and build the main structure of the stress sense, a questionnaire is designed for the highly educated knowledge workers, with the recycling questionnaire data processed with SPSS. The results show that the stress elements in the questionnaire could identify the stress elements of the employees ; through the KMO test of spherici- ty to the pressure of the constituent elements ,four pressure factors named as the inherent pressure factor of the work, competitive factors ,task factors and the role factors are extracted. Then correlation analysis is applied to the four factors, with regression analysis used to set up a pres- sure structure model for the highly educated knowledge workers to identify the pressure form. Through a detailed analysis, the pressure of the knowledge-based employees various factors is explain, laying the groundwork to alleviate the pressure, and paving the way to further explain the stress and fatigue.
