摘要
为研究医疗知识获取意愿对患者感知价值及就医行为的影响情况,在浙江省十家医院发放调研问卷,并使用统计分析软件SPSS18.0对调研结果进行数据分析。根据患者的医疗知识获取意愿将其分为主动获取知识的患者和被动获取知识的患者两类:主动获取知识的患者感知价值更高;两类患者对不同感知价值指标评价的差异性较大。医疗机构应为不同患者提供差异化的感知价值服务,从而在最大程度上提升医疗服务质量。
The effects of different level of patients' willingness are evaluated to obtain medical knowledge in patient perceived value and health seeking behavior,granting questionnaires in ten hospitals of Zbejiang Province, tested and verified investigate data with statistical analysis software SPSS18.0. According to the level of patients' willingness to obtain medical knowledge, they are divided into two types, active and passive patients, to obtain knowledge. The perceived value of active patients is higher than the passive patients, with big differences for their appraisement of perceived value indicators. According to different types of patients, it's advised that medical institutions can take different per- ceived value services to improve the quality of medical services.
