摘要
镇城底矿主井带式输送机,担负井下原煤运输任务,当遇到转载点的204带式输送机出现故障突然停机时,造成主井带式输送机带载停机和启动,因此而缩短其使用寿命,同时还会发生转载点溜煤斗被堵塞或损坏现象,影响井下正常生产。为了解决这一问题,在主井带式输送机机头处设计安装了卸载装置,用于在204带式输送机突然停机时,将原煤从另一出口运走,防止了主井带式输送机带载停机和启动、溜煤斗被堵塞等现象发生,并实现了运煤自动化控制。
The main-well belt conveyor in Zhenchengdi Coal Mine, bears the duty of under- ground coal transportation. When the 204 belt conveyor conks out and shuts down suddenly on transferring points, it will cause shutdown and startup of main-well belt conveyor with load, shortening its service life, and meanwhile, it will cause the coal hopper to be blocked or dam- aged, affecting the normal production. In order to solve this problems, the unloading device is designed and installed on the head of the main-well belt conveyor to transfer the raw coal to another outlet in case the 204 belt conveyor shuts down suddenly, which has prevented the above problems and realized the automatic control for coal conveyance.
