基于3DGIS的煤矿安全避险“六大系统”集成管理平台研究

Research on integrated management platform with "Six Systems" for coal mine risk avoidance based on 3DGIS

针对煤矿井下独立的"六大系统"存在的问题,研发了基于3DGIS的煤矿安全避险"六大系统"集成管理平台,介绍了该平台的整体架构、关键技术、功能模块及使用效果。该平台将"六大系统"的信息融合在井下三维巷道图中,全面、直观、实时、动态地展示了井下"六大系统"监测状况和安全避险设施建设情况,实现了监测数据之间的融合和可视化分析、自动预警、声光报警、辅助决策以及应急演练管理等功能,提高了"六大系统"整体安全避险功效、整体联动和应急响应能力。

In view of the existing problems of independent ＂Six Systems＂ in coal mines, the integrated management platform with ＂Six Systems＂ was developed for the coal mine risk avoid- ance on the basis of 3DGIS. The overall structure of the platform, the key technology, the functional modules and the application results were introduced. The platform integrated the informa- tion obtained from the six systems into the 3D roadway diagrams, which comprehensively, visu- ally, actually and dynamically displayed the monitoring situation and the construction of risk avoiding facilities, achieved the integration of different monitoring data, the visualized analysis, the automatic warning, the audible and visual alarm, the aid decision making and the emergency drill management, and enhanced the overall risk avoiding effects, the whole linkage and the e- mergency response ability of six systems.
