摘要
为了研究水质硬度对煤泥浮选的影响,采用山西某高灰难选煤泥为试样,首先对其进行了煤质特性分析,包括矿物组成、润湿性、粒度、密度及可浮性分析,接着采用水质硬度不同的去离子水作为浮选用水进行浮选试验。结果表明,水质硬度对煤泥浮选影响较大,随着水质硬度的增加,水质硬度在100~500mg/L之间时,精煤产率和灰分均增加;水质硬度在500~700mg/L之间时,精煤产率和灰分均减小;水质硬度在700~1000mg/L之间时,精煤产率和灰分均又有所增加。
To study the influences of water hardness on the coal slime, shanxi high-ash tiny coal slime was selected as sample. The characters of the sample have been analyzed, including the mineral composition, wettability, size, density and floatability. And then the deionized water with different water hardness was taken as flotation water. The results showed that water hardness will affect coal slime flotation. Water hardness is between 100-500 mg/L, concentrate yield and ash increase with the increment of water hardness; water hardness is between 500- 700mg/L, concentrate yield and ash decrease with the increment of water hardness; water hardness is between 700-1000 mg/L, concentrate yield and ash increase with the increment of water hardness.
