摘要
目的:研究NF-κBp65、EGFR及P16在宫颈腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测宫颈腺癌及正常宫颈组织中NF-κBp65、EGFR及P16蛋白表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果:在宫颈腺癌组织中NF-κBp65、EGFR及P16蛋白表达率与正常宫颈组织中的NF-κBp65、EGFR及P16表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NF-κBp65蛋白的表达与淋巴管浸润及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与其他病理参数无关(P>0.05);EGFR蛋白的表达与临床病理参数均无关(P>0.05);P16蛋白的表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05),与其他病理参数无关(P>0.05)。NF-κBp65的表达与EGFR的表达呈正相关(r=0.359,P<0.05),NF-κBp65的表达与P16的表达无相关性(r=-0.307,P>0.05),EG-FR的表达与P16的表达呈正相关(r=0.379,P<0.05)。结论:NF-κBp65、EGFR及P16蛋白的表达与宫颈腺癌的发生和进展有一定的相关性,P16蛋白可以作为宫颈腺癌早期诊断的肿瘤标记物。
Objective: To explore the expressions and significances of NF - κBp65, epidermal growth factor receptor .( EGFR), and P16 in cervical adenocareinoma. Methods: The expressions of NF-κBp65 protein, EGFR protein, and P16 protein in cervical adeno- carcinoma and normal cervix were detected by immunohistochemical method, and their correlations with clinicopathologieal parameters were analyzed. Results: There were statistically significant differences in expression rates of NF - κBp65 protein, EGFR protein, and P16 protein between cervical adenocarcinoma group and normal cervix group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The expression of NF - κBp65 protein was significantly corre- lated with lymphatic vessel invasion and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ), there was no correlation between expression of NF - κBp65 pro- tein and other pathological parameters ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . There was no correlation between expression of EGFR protein and other clinicopatholog- ical parameters (P 〉 0. 05 ) . The expression of P16 protein was correlated with histological grades (P 〈 0. 05 ), but there was no correlation between expression of P16 protein and other pathological parameters (P 〉 0. 05 ) . There was a positive correlation between NF - KBp65 ex- pression and EGFR expression ( T = 0. 359, P 〈 0. 05 ), there was no correlation between NF - KBp65 expression and P16 expression (r = -0. 307, P 〉 0. 05), there was a positive correlation between EGFR expression and P16 expression (T = 0. 379, P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: There was a certain correlation between expressions of NF - κBp65 protein, EGFR protein, P16 protein and oneogenesis and devel- opment of cervical adenocarcinoma. P16 protein can be used as a marker for early diagnosis of cervical adenoeareinoma.
