核电汽轮机用0Cr13环锻件热加工工艺的探讨

摘要 通过对0Cr13环锻件热加工工艺的探讨得出:最佳锻造温度区间为900~1150℃;较小的锻造压下量是避免锻造开裂的有效方法;轧环时因0Cr13钢变形阻抗大,需进行双火轧制,其中初轧变形量要小,着重于消除偏心,而主轧应加大塑性变形从而起到细化晶粒的目的;对环件退火后晶粒粗大问题,采用一次正火和一次退火的方式来细化晶粒,可以满足终端客户需要。 Through discussing the thermal processing of 0Cr13 ring forgings, the results were obtained that the best forging temperature range is 900 - 1150℃; the smaller forging of reduction is the effective method to avoid forging cracking, and at the same time, for 0Cr13 steel deformation impedance is big when rolling, the double fire rolling is needed, in which the early rolling deformation is small, the unfair elimination is focused on, and the grains are refined by enlarging the plastic deformation of advocate rolling. The coarse grain of ring after annealing was refined by the way of one time normalizing and annealing to satisfy the customers.
