一种新型机械拉伸压力机传动机构及仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为适应拉伸工艺,压力机滑块在拉伸工作区域内的速度变化需较缓慢,且满负荷工作区域较长。经分析现有机械压力机构型特点及运动特性,改变压力机主传动机构,设计了一种滑块在下死点附近具有低速特性,且非常适合做拉伸工艺的新构型压力机。详细阐述了所设计新构型压力机的工作原理以及主要特征,并借助ADAMS仿真分析软件创建了机构参数化设计模型,通过摆杆长度参数化设计,获得了几组滑块运动特性曲线,通过曲线对比可以直观的看出杆长影响下的滑块运动特性变化规律。 Press slide needs slower speed change in the tensile region, and should operate at full capacity with longer time in order to adapt to the stretching process. Through analyzing the structure characteristic and movement charac- teristic of the existing mechanical press and changing main drive gear of the press, a new press with a slide part added near the bottom dead point with low speed characteristics, which is very suitable for drawing, was designed. The working principle and main characteristic of new configuration press were introduced in detail, the parametric design of mechanical model was established by ADAMS simulation and analysis software. A few sets of sliding motion curve were obtained by the parametric design of pendulum length; by contrast, the movement characteristic regularity of the slider under the influence of the rod length was got.
