上、下位机数据高速通讯方法及其在大型锻压机中的应用 被引量:6

High speed communication method between upper and lower control systems and its application on huge forging hydraulic press

摘要 分析了大型锻压设备常用监控系统中上位机WinCC系统与下位机S7-300可编程控制器之间数据通讯的局限性,以提高上、下位机数据通讯速率为目的,根据上位机WinCC系统与下位机可编程控制器的特点,提出一种上、下位机数据高速通讯新方法。该方法首先通过下位机可编程控制器对现场数据进行高速采集及打包存放,接着采用S7数据通讯协议,通过PROFIBUS工业现场总线将数据包整体传送至上位机WinCC系统,最后在上位机WinCC系统中通过编写C脚本和函数趋势控件对数据进行解包,并实现高速数据记录、显示及查询等功能。对该方法进行了实验测试,并将其应用于300MN模锻水压机工业现场,结果表明,该高速数据通讯方法能够有效解决传统的上位机WinCC系统与下位机S7-300可编程控制器之间数据通讯速率低的问题,研究为上下位机数据高速通讯提供了一种低成本、实用、可靠的解决方案。 The limitation of data communication between the WinCC system and Programmable Logic Controller in the commonly used monitoring system of large forging equipment was analyzed. In order to improve the data communica- tion rate, a new high speed communication method was presented according to the features of Programmable Logic Controller and WinCC. First, all data in one DB in a sequence were stored through Programmable Logic Controller. Data were transmitted to WinCC by Profibus industrial bus via $7 communication protocol. Then the data were un- packed, recorded, graphically displayed and queried by using C script in WinCC system. Lab experiments and industri- al field application on 300 MN forging hydraulic press were implemented. The results show that the method can solve the problem of low speed communication between WinCC and Programmable Logic Controller and supply an inexpen- sive, practical and reliable way for high speed communication between the upper and lower control systems.
