Double sheet detection system of stamping feed based on ultrasonic technology

双板料检测是板料冲压自动化过程中的一个关键环节。本文介绍了超声波以及超声波传感器技术,提出了基于超声波技术的冲压送料双板料检测原理及方法,建立了双板料检测系统的硬件结构,并以Visual Studio 2008为开发工具,开发了双板料检测控制系统。

Double sheet detection is a key part in the process of stamping automation. The ultrasonic and ultrasonic sen- sor technology were described; the method of double sheet detection based on the ultrasonic technology and the detec- tion principle were put forward. The hardware structure of the double-sheet detection system according to the double- sheet detection principle was set up and the double-sheet detection and control system was developed with the develop ment tool of Visual Studio 2008.
