摘要
制坯是叶片成形过程中的准备阶段,利用三维有限元Deform-3D软件,采用热力耦合的方法,模拟分析不同工艺参数(变形温度、上模压下速度和摩擦因子)条件下叶片挤压制坯过程的成形规律,优化工艺参数。根据模拟结果,得到一组合理的工艺参数,即变形温度为1020℃、摩擦因子取0.3、上模下压速度800mm.s-1,得到载荷-行程曲线并拟合出加载力与行程关系方程。
Blank forming is the preparation stage of blade forming. Using finite element simulation software Deform- 3D, the process of blade extrusion blank forming was studied by means of coupled thermo-mechanical, which to re- search the laws of the process of extrusion blank forming with different parameters (temperature, top die pressing speed and friction factors) and optimize the process parameters. According to the simulation results, the optimal pa- rameters are that the temperature is of 1020 ℃, the friction factorsis is of 0.3 and the top die pressing speed is of 800 mm s-1. The load stroke curve equation is established.
