中碳合金钢零件成形技术研究

Research on forming technology of medium carbon alloy steel parts

摘要 针对中碳合金钢零件在成形时产生的裂纹、裂口与回弹问题,通过增加退火工艺,明显改善了零件的成形性能,消除了零件的成形裂纹,使伸长率从12%提高到了25%。从零件的符合性考虑,通过对零件的受力状态进行分析,确定了零件的回弹量,将零件在R25mm位置处产生回弹的圆弧弦高值由原来的1.7mm改进为2.7mm,通过计算将R25mm修改为R16.5mm,取得了很好的实验效果。采用计算机软件AUTO FROM建立数模,并按数模加工模具工作型面,更好的保证了模具工作部分形状与模具图纸的符合性。 To address the issues of cracks and the spring back of the medium carbon alloy steel parts, the annealing process was added to improve the formability of the parts. The forming cracks were eliminated, and the elongation was increased from 12% to 25%. The spring back amount was confirmed by analysis of the parts conformity and stress conditiorL After calculation, the spring back spot R25 mm was changed into R16.5 mm and the circular chord height was changed from 1.7 mm to 2.7 rnrn. The die surface was processed according to the digital analog set up by AUTO FROM to guarantee that the shape of the die working part is conformed to the drawings.
