摘要
研究了休眠期肉果秤锤树核果的果肉、内果皮和种仁的不同时间水浸提液(48、96、144h)和不同浓度甲醇浸提液(25%、50%、75%)对小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以期确定肉果秤锤树核果中萌发抑制物质的类型和存在的部位。结果表明:果肉随水提时间的延长,对白菜种子发芽和幼苗生长、根生长的抑制作用逐渐增强(P<0.05或P<0.01),而内果皮、种仁水浸提液的影响不明显(P>0.05);各部位甲醇浸提物均能显著抑制白菜种子发芽和生长,且随浸提液质量分数的升高抑制效应越强;在相同浓度水平时,抑制效应果肉最强(P<0.01),种仁显著(P<0.05)高于内果皮;果肉的甲醇浸提液抑制作用也显著高于其水浸提液。各处理组白菜种子的根生长均比苗生长缓慢。果肉、内果皮和种仁中均含酯溶性抑制物,主要存在于肉果中,且果肉中还含一定量的水溶性抑制物。
The flesh,endocarp and the kernel(embryo+endosperm) of S.sarcocarpa seeds(drupe) were soaked in water for different time(48 h,96 h,144 h) and different methanol solution(25%,50%,75%) to extract inhibitory substances,taking wild as materials,and effects of extracts on germination rate of cabbage seeds were investigated,respectively.In order to gain a deeper understanding on relevant dormancy mechanism and to explore effective methods for improving seed germination.The results showed that there had a significant(P0.05) or extremely significant(P0.01) inhibiting effect on the germination,growth of the tall and the root under the treatment of flesh extract by water than the endocarp and the kernel water extracts(P0.05),while there was a significant inhibiting effect on the germination rate of cabbage seeds and the growth of its height and root under the treatment of the flesh,endocarp and the kernel with the different methanol concentrations(25%,50%,75%) and the inhibiting effect enhanced with the addition of the cincentratuin of methanol.In the same methanol solution,the flesh solution was the strongest of the three(P0.01),and the kernel was more pronounced than the endocarp(P0.05).The effects of the mesocarp of the methanol extract was significantly stronger than method of water.The growth of roots were slower than the growth of height in all treatment groups.These datas suggested that some water-soluble substance existed in the mesocarp of S.sarcocarpa,and there also were some ester-soluble substance in the mesocarp,endocarp and the kernel.And the kinds of germination inhibitors mainly were in the mesocarp.
