摘要
以色素万寿菊种子萌发苗为外植体,对色素万寿菊试管苗玻璃化现象进行了研究。结果表明:防止色素万寿菊试管苗玻璃化的有效措施为:使用0.1mg/L 6-BA,添加0.01mg/LNAA;采用浓度50g/L的蔗糖;采用浓度1.2%的琼脂;添加浓度0.1%的活性炭;采用浓度1.8g/L的聚乙烯醇。
Taking pigment marigold seed germination seedlings as explants,the pigment vitrification marigold plantlets were studied.The results showed that effective measures to prevent the glass pigment marigold plantlets were as follows：using 0.1 mg/L 6-BA,adding 0.01 mg/L NAA;using 50 g/L sucrose;using the agar concentration of 1.2%;adding the activated carbon concentration of 0.1%;and using 1.8 g/L polyvinyl alcohol.
