色素万寿菊试管苗玻璃化现象及防止研究 被引量:6

摘要 以色素万寿菊种子萌发苗为外植体,对色素万寿菊试管苗玻璃化现象进行了研究。结果表明:防止色素万寿菊试管苗玻璃化的有效措施为:使用0.1mg/L 6-BA,添加0.01mg/LNAA;采用浓度50g/L的蔗糖;采用浓度1.2%的琼脂;添加浓度0.1%的活性炭;采用浓度1.8g/L的聚乙烯醇。 Taking pigment marigold seed germination seedlings as explants,the pigment vitrification marigold plantlets were studied.The results showed that effective measures to prevent the glass pigment marigold plantlets were as follows:using 0.1 mg/L 6-BA,adding 0.01 mg/L NAA;using 50 g/L sucrose;using the agar concentration of 1.2%;adding the activated carbon concentration of 0.1%;and using 1.8 g/L polyvinyl alcohol.
