两种细菌对十二个洋葱品种的致病性测定 被引量:3

摘要 以嘉峪关市当地12个洋葱品种为试材,将分离自洋葱的胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌胡萝卜亚种(Pectobacterium carotovorumsub sp.carotovorum)和格氏沙雷氏菌(Serratia grimesii)2种病原细菌接种,在室内进行品种离体鳞茎的致病性测定。结果表明:2个菌株对不同品种洋葱鳞茎均有致病性,其中胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌胡萝卜亚种的致病性最强,且2个菌株均对洋葱基部的致病力强于顶部。同时不同的细菌对不同品种的洋葱在不同部位的致病力表现不同,其中格式沙雷氏菌对"丰收2号"、"金美"和"红色经典"3个品种在顶部的致病性最弱,病情指数最低分别达到2.78、8.33和11.11,同时对"太阳格林"、"金美"2个品种在基部的致病性弱,病情指数均为27.78。胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌胡萝卜亚种对"雄狮"在顶部的致病性最弱,病情指数最低为8.33,对"雄狮"和"红色经典"2个品种在基部的致病性最弱,病情指数分别为36.11和38.89。 Taking twelve kinds of onion varieties in Jiayuguan as materials,treated with P.carotovorum sub sp.carotovorum and S.grimesii aqueous extracting from onion bulb,the pathogenicity test were detected.The results showed that both of bacteria strains had pathogenicity to all of onions,among which P.carotovorum sub sp.carotovorum had the better pathogenicity than S.grimesii.And upper position showed the stronger than the base position.Different bacteria showed different pathogenicity to different onion varieties at different position.S.grimesii had the weakest pathogenicity for 'Fengshou2','Jinmei' and 'Hongsejingdian' at the upper position,and its disease index were 2.78,8.33 and 11.11,respectively,while it had the weakest pathogenicity for 'Sungelin' and 'Jinmei' at the base position,and its disease index was 27.78.P.carotovorum sub sp.carotovorum had the weakest pathogenicity for 'Xiongshi' at the upper position,and its disease index was 8.33,while it had the weakest pathogenicity for 'Xiongshi' and 'Hongsejingdian' at the base position,and its disease index were 36.11 and 38.89,respectively.
