摘要
杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)是我国近年来发展速度最快的珍稀食用菌种类之一,也是食用菌研究的热点之一,食用价值和经济价值都很高,但目前生产上仍存在较多问题。现主要从新品种选育及应用、栽培方式、配方筛选、工厂化栽培、病害防治、菌糠再利用等方面综述了杏鲍菇生产的研究进展,并指出了目前杏鲍菇生产上存在的主要问题以及今后的研究方向,为逐步完善杏鲍菇生产技术提供参考和指导。
Pleurotus eryngii is one of the fastest-developing rare edible fungi with good culinary properties and economic value in China in recent years,which is also a hot research area in edible fungi.There are still many problems existing in Pleurotus eryngii production.The research progress were reviewed mainly in new variety breeding and application,cultivation methods,substrate formula screening,industrial cultivation,diseases control,and mushroom residue utilization.In order to improve production technique of Pleurotus eryngii,the existing main problems and future research direction in Pleurotus eryngii production were pointed out.
