The Utilization of Criminal Law which in Sphere of Coal Mine Safety in Production at the Background of Human Rights

近年来,我国煤炭生产事故频发,为了预防矿难事故,我国应利用刑法手段,加大刑法在煤炭安全生产领域里的调控力度,强化对煤炭生产过程中的违法违规行为的惩处力度,使煤炭生产企业和有关人员严格遵守国家法律法规,关心矿工的生命安全,以期更好地预防矿难事故的发生。

In recent years,the accident of coal production has occurred repeatedly in our country.To prevent the happening of mine tragedy,we should take advantage of criminal law,strengthen the degree of the domination which in the sphere of coal mine safety in production,intensify the degree of the penalty which is directed against the conduct of breaking the laws and regulations in the course of coal mine production.Which not only makes the enterprise of coal mine production and the concerned person dare not ignore the formulation of the laws and regulations as well as the security of lives of miners,but also looking forward to prevent the occurrence of mine tragedy.
