摘要
研究荧光假单胞菌对食用菌生长的促进作用,结果表明:不同菌液对不同种食用菌香菇、平菇、鸡腿菇、白灵菇、双孢蘑菇、杏鲍菇的促生效果不同。在平菇、杏鲍菇、双孢蘑菇、鸡腿菇丝生长的共培养试验中,荧光假单胞菌的促进作用明显,以平菇最为显著。白灵菇菌丝生长的共培养试验中,没有观察到明显的促进作用。然而在香菇菌丝生长的共培养试验中发现显著的抑制作用。平菇出菇试验结果表明,添加菌液的菇袋,菌丝满袋时间较不添加菌液的对照提前5-8 d。原基分化、子实体形成也提前约1周的时间,同时出菇产量提高11.9%。
The growth-promoting effection of Pseudomona fluorescens to edible fungi was studied.The result showed that different species of bacteria had different growth-promoting effection to mushroom,Pleurotus ostreatus,Coprinus comatus,Pleurotus nebrodensis,Agaricus bisporus.In Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus eryngii,Agaricus bisporus,Coprinus comatus mycelium growth of co-culture experiments,the promotion effection of Pseudomonas fluorescens was obvious.The promotion effection to ostreatus was the most significant.Nebrodensis mycelial growth of co-culture experiments,there was no obvious promotion effection.However,the growth of Lentinula edodes mycelium found inhibited significantly in co-culture experiments.Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting experimental results showed that,adding the mushrooms bacilli bags,the time of full bags of hyphae was 5-8 days ahead of CK.Primordium differentiation,the formation of fruiting bodies were also about a week ahead of CK,and the yield increased 11.9%.
