摘要 水是影响作物生长、产量及品质形成最重要的因素之一。探索不同灌水对作物生长、产量和质量的影响,以为当归规范化种植提供灌溉理论依据。在田间试验结果基础上,通过统计分析、回归分析和相关分析对不同灌水量与当归生长、品质和产量主要指标间相互关系进行研究。结果表明:以云南当归作为研究对象,研究不同灌水处理对当归生长主要指标株高、株宽、根长的影响,对产量指标的影响,对主要品质指标阿魏酸、挥发油含量的影响,建立量化影响关系,即通过一元二次多项式拟合灌水量与当归根长、产量、阿魏酸、挥发油含量的关系。指出各个生育期株高、株宽、根长总体上表现出随着灌水量增大而增大的趋势,但过度增加灌水量反而会影响当归生长;灌水量直接影响当归产量,过高或过低都不利于产量的形成,适量灌水有利于增加产量,提高水分生产率;灌水对当归的品质也产生重要影响,灌水在一定范围内,可提高当归阿魏酸、挥发油含量,如果灌水过多导致其含量减少。 Water is one of the most important factors affect crop growth,yield and quality.This paper explored the effect of different irrigation treatments on crop growth,yield and quality,and provided irrigation theoretical basis for Angelica sinensis standardized planting.Based on field test results,statistical analysis,regression analysis and correlation analysis were acted to study the relationship between irrigation amount and the indicators of Angelica sinensis growth,quality and yield.The results showed that:Angelica sinensis was used as test material to study the effect of different irrigation treatments on the main growth indicators(such as plant height,plant width,root length),yield index,the main quality indicators(ferulic acid,volatile oil content).The quantitive relationship was established between irrigation amount and Angelica sinensis root length production,ferulic acid,volatile oil content by a quadratic polynomial fitting.It pointed out that the growth tendencies of plant height,plant width and root length were increase with the increasing of irrigation amount.However,excessive increasing of irrigation amount inhibited the growth of Angelica sinensis.The irrigation amount directly affected yield of Angelica sinensis,too high or too low was not conducive to the formation of the yield.Suitable irrigation is conducive to increase production and improve water productivity.Irrigation also had an important impact on the quality of Angelica sinensis,irrigation within a certain range could improve the content of ferulic acid and volatile oil.Excessive irrigation could decrease their content.
