湘钢 1#高炉第三代 1996年 7月投产后 ,由于种种原因一直维持低冶炼强度操作 ,1998年7月开始实施第一阶段强化冶炼 ,实现了全风口作业。 1999年 3月 ,实施第二阶段强化冶炼 ,通过增加喷煤量 ,提高顶压 ,矿石混装和扩大矿批 ,以及稳定操作等措施 ,使高炉利用系数突破了 2 .0 t/( m3·d) ,达到了高炉设计指标。
In July of 1996 No 1 blast furnecce was blown in, low smelting intensity had been adopted. In July of 1998 , first strengthening smelting was practiced. Full tuyere operation was adopted. In March of 1999, second strengthening smelting was practiced. Measure of increasing quantity of jetting coal, increasing top gas pressure, ore mixed charging, and stable operation were adopted.
