摘要 直接将连铸和轧制工艺相联结,是新建设备和改造项目的首选方案,而中等厚度板坯连铸在设备作业率方面具有很大潜力,它综合了传统板坯和薄板坯连铸的优点。介绍了中等厚度板坯连铸机的设计特点、项目实施情况及未来连铸机技术的发展趋势。 Direct-linked casting and rolling processes,therefore they are the prime option for new capacities as well as for process improvement projects,the medium thickness slab casting offers the highest potential for the plant productivity.The medium slab casting in most of the cases combines the advantages of both the conventional and the thin slab casting plant.Design features of medium slab casters,implementation and results,also future trends require continuous development of casting technology has beed indraduced.
