为了适应冷轧带钢的市场需求和未来的发展趋势的需要 ,达涅利集团设计了六辊3C轧机。通过采用轧辊交叉新型设计配置六辊轧机 ,在轧制过程中实现了更高的控制能力。该种轧机通过合理利用机架传动装置提高生产灵活度和实现轧制力的合理分布 ,从而降低生产和维修费用并提高了设备生产效率。
Upon analysing the evolution and trends in the markets for cold rolled strip Danieli recognised a need to improve plant performance, flexibility and product quality. The new Danieli 6-high 3C mill concept allows a superior range of control range with an original design for roll crossing in a stand of six-high configuration. The operational flexibility and favourable distribution of forces specific to the Danieli 6-high 3C mill allows rationalisation in the use of the stand actuators resulting in lower production and maintenance costs and improved plant efficiency.
