谷氨酰胺和维生素E对热应激肉仔鸡肝抗氧化损伤的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨在热应激条件下谷氨酰胺和维生素E对肉仔鸡肝组织抗氧化功能的影响,将320只4周龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分成4组,对试验组肉仔鸡单独或联合添加谷氨酰胺(0.4%)和维生素E(200 mg/kg),在试验第14天、第28天和第42天时,从每个试验组随机抽取10只试验鸡剖杀后取其肝组织,测定其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。日粮中添加谷氨酰胺和维生素E,能够显著提高热应激条件下肉仔鸡肝中SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活性,降低MDA生成量(P<0.05),其中以复合组效果最佳。结果表明:谷氨酰胺和维生素E能不同程度地提高热应激条件下肉仔鸡的抗氧化能力,联合添加作用更加明显。
