摘要
本文对若干药品研发团队显性、隐性异质性对团队绩效的影响进行实证研究。研究表明,团队成员个人属性的差异性对任务相关特征、协作相关特征和团队绩效具有显著影响,而任务相关特征与协作相关特征对团队绩效同样具有显著的相关性。结论是:个人属性差异性通过影响任务相关特征、协作相关特征,最终影响团队绩效。
The paper selects the research team as item and constructs a theoretical model between the personal members property, task-related features, collaborative and team performance related features. By the factor analyze and regression analysis, the paper researchs the pharmaceutical R&D team dominant, recessive heterogeneity how impact on team performance. Team individual attributes differences impact taskrelated features, collaboration and team performance related features significantly. Task-related features and collaboration features have significant correlation with the team performance. Personal property differences affect the task-related in features, collaboration-related features, and ultimate impact the team performance.
