本文针对目前我国文化产业人才认证体系所存在的组织缺失、分类混乱、结构残缺等现实弊端,认为政府应当高度重视文化创意产业人才的培育和认证工作,推进相关部门和组织结合横向标准化和纵向等级化模块双重维度,整体搭建文化创意人才的认证框架,以实现人才资源的优化管理和保值增值。

Constructing a set of scientific, perfect talent management and certification system plays a critical role in cultural creative industry sustainable development and enhancing China＇s cultural industry competitiveness. At present, there are many disadvantages in our country culture industry certification system, such as institutional absence classification confusion, structural incomplete, so the government must highlight the creativity as the center foundation, certificate different categories and fields of culture creative talents from the horizontal standardization and longitudinal grade module and build talent certification standard system framework, can realize talent resource added, hedging and optimized management.
