摘要
工作压力研究指出,工作特征既可以引发工作倦怠损害健康,也可以激发动机提升工作投入。这为人力资源管理者管理和利用工作压力提供了一个新的视角,即从改变工作特征的角度来干预工作压力对员工的影响。本文对工作特征压力模型及其发展的理论进行了全面的总结,并阐述了它在人力资源管理中的具体应用。
Job characteristics stress model , as a theory that represents the relation between job characteristics and job stresses, leads job stresses researches for several decades. It points out that job demands lead to a state of exhaustion and to health problem, job resources have motivational potential and lead to high work engagement. It provides a new point of view for human resource managers to control and exploit job stresses. That is to say, human resource managers can intervene job stresses by changing the job characteristics, the paper has a comprehensive review of the theory model as well as its development, and put forward some specific applications in human resource management.
