摘要
为了解决输水隧洞变径、变形混凝土衬砌施工支模难题,结合山西省万家寨引黄工程总干线三级泵站出水平洞工程实例,研究设计了一套可适应不同洞径和洞形变化的变形移动模板技术,本项施工技术开创了输水隧洞在变径、变形混凝土衬砌方面的新途径,是值得在同类工程中广泛推广应用的一项新技术、新工艺。
In order to solve the difficulties in lining construction of the variable diameter concrete and variant concrete of water delivery tunnels,the study designs and analyzes the variant movement framework technique suitable for various tunnel diameters and changing tunnel types by taking the water diversion horizontal tunnel project at Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Division Project Main Pump Station as the example,creates the new channel for the water division tunnel in the aspect of variable diameter and variant concrete lining,and indicates it is the new technique and craft which can be further applied in similar projects.
