积极探索路面施工安全管理新思路

On new ideas of safety management at roadbed construction

针对路面交叉连续施工中存在的危害因素,通过完善安全管理制度、制定安全技术措施以及加强教育培训等,在路面施工安全管理方面做了有益的探索,消除或减少了危害因素,从而使路面施工安全处于可控状态,减少生产安全事故的发生。

According to some hazardous factors in road intersection continuous construction,the study undertakes the helpful exploration for the safety management at road construction from the improvement of the safety management system,the making of the safety technical measures and the enhancement of the education and training,so as to eliminate or reduce the hazardous factors,keep the safety within the controllable factors of the roadbed construction,and reduce the production safety accidents.
