摘要 本文讨论了湿式除尘过程中,液滴速度以及尺寸和粒子捕集效率之间的关系。通过对不同工况的模拟研究发现,液滴的尺寸和速度对颗粒物的捕集效率有很大的影响。结果表明:颗粒物捕集效率随着颗粒物直径和液滴速度的增大而明显增大,模拟得出的结果很好地吻合实验数据。而文献中Slinn公式低估了颗粒物捕集效率。另外,颗粒物捕集效率随着液滴直径的增大略有减小。 The relationship between the speed and the size of droplet and the particle capture efficiency is analyzed. By using numerical simulations, it can be found that the both parameters of droplets have an important effect on the collecting efficiency of the particles in the wet removal processes. The results showed that particle capture efficiency increases with the increase of size of the particle and the speed of the droplet obviously; the calculated collection efficiency agrees well with the experimental data, and the Slinn's formula overestimats the efficiency. In addition, the apture efficiency of the particle slightly decreases with the increase of droplet size.
