眼眶壁骨折154例眼底血管造影检查临床分析

Clinical analysis of fundus fluorescein angiography in 154 cases of orbit fracture

[背景]观察眼底荧光血管造影检查在正确评价眼眶壁骨折患者视功能情况、及时发现伴随的眼底病变并给予相应的治疗中的意义.[病例报告]回顾性分析2009年5月至2011年8月,以眶壁骨折修复手术为目的收治的154例眼眶壁骨折患者的眼底荧光血管造影检查表现,154例154眼中视网膜震荡为36例,视网膜挫伤为10例,脉络膜破裂为1例,视网膜分支静脉阻塞为1例,陈旧性色素上皮病变为17例,非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变为2例,正常为87例.眼眶壁骨折住院患者中约30.7%的病例伴发不同程度的视网膜脉络膜损伤,13.0%的病例合并原有眼底疾病.[讨论]对眼眶壁骨折患者术前有必要常规进行眼底荧光血管造影检查,以便给予相应的联合治疗和判定视功能的预后.

BACKGROUND To evaluate the visual function of orbit fracture by fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA）, and find timely out theaccompanying fundus lesions to administrate the corresponding treatment. CASE REPORTS The features of FFA examination in 154 cases of orbit fracture in hospital was retrospectively reviewed from May 2009 to August 2011. Out of 154 eyes, commotio retinae was in 36 eyes, retinal contusion in 10 eyes, choroidal rupture in 1 case, branch retinal vein occlusion in 1 case, chronic pigment epitheliopathy in 17 eyes, the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in 2 eyes, and normal in 87 eyes, and 30.7% of patients were combined choroidal and retinal damage, and 13.0% were combined original ocular disease. DISCUSSION The FFA examination is essential to pre-operation for orbit fracture to administrate the corresponding treatment and determine the prognosis of visual function.
