摘要
对十字形多孔超细聚酯FDY纤维的取向态结构和沸水收缩率以及力学性能进行了研究,结果表明,十字形多孔超细聚酯FDY纤维的取向因子、杨氏模量和沸水收缩率以及断裂强伸度随纤维的线密度的减小而下降,而纤维柔量和比表面积却随之增大;十字形多孔超细聚酯FDY纤维取向因子、杨氏模量比三叶形多孔超细聚酯FDY纤维和圆形多孔超细聚酯纤维的小,并探讨它们之间的内在联系,为产业化开发十字形多孔超细聚酯FDY纤维提供理论依据。
The structure and properties of superfine cruciform porous FDY polyester fiber were studied through measuring orientation state structure,boiling water shrinkage and mechanical properties ect.of that.It is found that the orientation factor,boiling water shrinkage,Young's modulus and mechanical properties of the superfine cruciform porous FDY polyester fiber,all decrease with the decrease of linear density.On the contrary,the compliance and the specific surface increase with it.The orientation factor and Young's modulus of superfine cruciform porous FDY polyester fiber are smaller than that of superfine trifocal porous FDY polyester fiber,and the relationships between these two types of fiber were investigated as well.The paper provide the theory basis for the industrialization development of superfine cruciform porous FDY polyester fiber.
