摘要
对仪化热电厂的自动主汽门自密封结构的失效原因进行了分析,通过建立半双锥密封结构有限元模型,分析连接结构的形变和强度,确定了自动主汽门半双锥环密封结构的最佳改造方案,为同类型电厂高温高压阀门的自密封泄漏分析处理提供了可靠经验。
Failure faults of the automatic main valve sealing structure used in the Yizheng Chemical Fiber Thermal Power Plant was investigated in this paper.Modification scheme of half-double cone seal connection used in auto-master valve of steam turbine was determined through the deformation and strength analysis of the joint structure by using of finite element method.The conclusions can be used as the basis of the leakage analysis for the same kind of sealing structure.
