摘要
采用升降法获得的再制造寿命修正系数,对临界平面法多轴疲劳模型改造,建立一种针对再制造后多轴的寿命预测模型,尝试研究了带3Cr13电弧喷涂层基体材料为45CrMo的传动轴在比例加载下定量全寿命,利用ANSYS对传动轴进行几何建模和弹塑性分析来确定多轴临界平面疲劳损伤参量,并通过疲劳试验对计算结果进行了对比验证。
According to the remanufacturing life correction coefficients from lifting method,the paper builds a model of remanufacturing drive shaft's life prediction after transforming multi-axial fatigue model on the critical plane.The paper tries to study the substrate material 45CrMo steel drive shaft that is coated with arc spraying coating 3Cr13.and it will quantify the whole life on the basis of proportional loading.Then,use ANSYS to build a model and use the analysis of elastic-plastic property to determine the fatigue damage parameter of multi-axial critical plane.The paper will take advantage of the fatigue test to comparatively verify the calculable results.
