Based on the analysis of the effect of the spindle broach force on the spindle performance and machining accuracy, this article elaborates the necessity of a detection device's design. And it can be used as a reference for designers with its many advantages owing to a detailed introduction from the structure, working principle, specification and type and as well as application and function extension of design, and further more.
