摘要
以四轴卧式加工中心上加工阀体零件为实例,全面阐述了面向加工过程的数控程序后置验证的原理、作用、意义。提出了具有普遍适用性的一种实现思路与方法:把设计平台(如Inventor、Solid-works、Pro/E等)与数控加工仿真平台,如Vericut,双向关联使用,可以对数控加工过程进行完美验证。计算机辅助设计技术与加工仿真技术的有机结合,可以更好地帮助现代机械加工型企业去提高生产过程中的质量、效率、成本目标。
Taking the valve manufacturing with 4-axis Horizontal Machining Center(HMC)for example,the paper elaborated the principle,application and significance of simulation to NC manufacturing process.One universal implement method with operability is proposed,which combining the design platform,such as the Inventor,Solidworks,Pro/E,etc.,with the NC manufacturing simulation software,such as the Vericut,can achieve perfect verification to any NC process.This is helpful to the modern Mfg enterprise to improve their quality,efficiency and cost.
