Electric Adjustment and Fault Diagnosis of Main Drive on Aluminum Cold Rolling Mill

本文在分析带电压内环的有准备逻辑无环流电枢可逆调速系统工作原理的基础上 ,介绍140 0mm铝带冷轧机主传动电气调试和故障诊断。文中还介绍了一种实用新型的速度给定电路。理论分析和现场调试结果表明本文在调试和故障诊断中采取的技术措施是正确、有效的。

Based on the analysis of the principle of ready logic control no circulating current system of DC drives,the fault diagnosis and adjustment process to the system for aluminum cold rolling mill are introlduced.The experimental result is also given in this paper.
